Flight Control Algorithm Engineer

Job Responsibilities
- Led core algorithm design, development, coding, and optimization for fused navigation, flight control, and positioning based on open-source flight controllers like PX4 and ArduPilot.
- Calibrate and optimize the flight controller on a newly assembled aircraft using an open-source flight control framework.
- Implement core features such as autonomous return-to-home and multi-drone cooperative missions on open-source flight controllers.
- Responsible for selecting, integrating, and calibrating sensors such as millimeter-wave radar and binocular vision; complete sensor-to-flight-controller fusion and integration.
- Participate in the design of new aircraft performance specifications, select flight control modules, and provide technical recommendations based on project requirements.
- Collaborate with hardware and software engineers to integrate and debug all modules, identifying and resolving flight controller-related issues during the integration process.
- Provide flight control technical support to customers, promptly responding to and resolving issues encountered during system usage.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Automation, Electronic Information Engineering, Computer Science and Technology, Aerospace Engineering, Control Engineering, or related fields; 1-3+ years of experience in flight control system development and debugging.
- Proficient in at least one open-source flight control framework (PX4 or ArduPilot), with extensive experience in flight control algorithm development, functional debugging, and parameter optimization.
- Proficient in C/C++ programming with a solid foundation in embedded development; familiarity with ARM architecture and experience in flight controller low-level driver development are preferred.
- Master core algorithm principles in integrated navigation, flight control, and positioning; capable of optimizing algorithms.
- Proficient in the working principles of millimeter-wave radar, binocular vision, and GPS/Beidou sensors; experienced in sensor integration, calibration, and data fusion.
- Strong troubleshooting skills; quickly identifies and resolves hardware and software issues during flight controller development, debugging, and integration.
- Familiar with flight controller tuning tools, simulation software, and version control systems (e.g., Git), with a strong adherence to coding standards.

Millimeter Wave Radar Algorithm Engineer

- Lead mmWave radar signal processing algorithm design, modeling, and simulation validation to ensure performance meets product specifications.
- Responsible for developing algorithms for millimeter-wave radar signal detection and angle measurement.
- Lead field testing organization, collect and analyze test data, and identify and resolve radar system and algorithm issues.
- Track cutting-edge technologies and algorithm trends in the mmWave radar field; conduct research, validation, and implementation of new technologies; continuously optimize radar performance.
- Proficient in algorithm development using C/C++; independently handled the porting, deployment, and debugging optimization of millimeter-wave radar algorithms on embedded platforms.
- Responsible for writing, organizing, and archiving technical documentation such as algorithm design documents, test reports, and technical summaries to ensure standards compliance and completeness.

- Master common radar signal processing algorithms and workflows, including FMCW, pulse compression, CFAR, and stepped-frequency techniques.
- Proficient in array signal processing theory and applications, with expertise in MIMO, DBF, DOA algorithms, and their implementation.
- Proficient in mainstream millimeter-wave radar waveform technologies, including the design and application of TDMA, DDMA, and CDMA waveforms.

- Developed and debugged modules for task scheduling, interrupt handling, and inter-process communication based on the FreeRTOS real-time operating system.
- Develop embedded software using C/C++, strictly adhering to coding standards. Write clear, maintainable, and reusable code, and prepare comprehensive code comments and technical documentation.

Test Pilot Engineer

- Responsible for executing daily FPV drone flight testing operations.
- Responsible for assembling, soldering, debugging, maintaining, and troubleshooting FPV drone equipment.
- Conduct pre-flight checks, flight planning, and takeoff/landing operations in accordance with regulations to ensure flight safety.
- Organize flight data, aerial footage, and operation reports; perform basic post-processing.
- Comply with civil aviation and local airspace regulations for legal flight operations.
Requirements
- Age 18-45, in good health, no acrophobia or color blindness
- Hold a drone pilot license
- Proficient in assembling and operating multirotor drones; capable of stable hover, waypoint navigation, and operations in complex environments. Skilled in resolving unexpected issues during R&D and testing.
- Understand how industrial drones operate; familiar with open-source flight controllers like PX4 and AMP, and capable of tuning aircraft using QGC; proficient in battery maintenance, video transmission/gimbal configuration, troubleshooting common minor issues, and independently collecting and uploading data.
- Able to work outdoors/on-site, hardworking, compliant with assignments, and highly responsible.
- No record of major flight safety incidents; strictly adheres to safety operating procedures.
